animal crossing fruit friends 🍐🍒🍊🍑🍎
a collection of some animal crossing art i’ve made 🌱💐🌼
i can’t stress the importance of incorporating a hobby into ur daily routine enough, esp if you are a creative that turned your favorite hobby into a career. find another hobby that is strictly for pleasure that you can enjoy on the side. gardening, reading, embroidery.. ANYTHING
your worth is not based on your productivity. read it until it resonates
reminder
don’t let people’s social media personas trick you into thinking if you aren’t the ceo of an empire by the age of 30 you’re doing something wrong. the whole “ur 25 move out of ur parents house” trope is so tired. ur 20s are meant for figuring urself out, fuck hustle culture

i was not expecting this to take off what the hecc thank u for showin love.. here’s some more of my art 💓👄💓
and this is a prime example of what artists mean when they say watermarks do not equal credit, and they do NOT prevent art from being stolen and reposted w/o permission. don’t repost art and if you insist directly link the artist so they can get the credit they deserve. ffs twitter.com/DevinElleKurtz…
remember how confident we were twitter.com/ciaraturnerart…
hey make sure you are indulging in hobbies and making sure your identity isn’t centered around your art or what you do for a living. it’s important to enjoy things outside of work, and remember that you don’t have to monetize all of your hobbies! take care of urself
i’m so sick of seeing people complaining about artists posting things other than art like they’re suprised we’re humans and not robots that only post art. if u don’t want to see posts other than art go to their portfolio website instead of their twitter?!
i’ve had products go viral that i’ve sold 10 of, and i’ve had products go viral that i’ve sold a thousand of. social media is really random and numbers don’t always equal sales. i know it’s hard but try not to compare yourself to other people you see on here
does anyone else thrive in really gloomy/depressing weather? i’m actually the happiest when it’s dark and cold i hate the sun and for some reason i live in the desert 🙂
not to burst anyone’s bubble but if you’ve complained about small business shipping rates in the past, be prepared to double that cost if we have to start using UPS/Fedex to ship. It’s already a reality for some small businesses owners as we speak. We RELY on USPS. Save USPS
i know $13 seems expensive for international shipping but if we have to use other services to send mail out of the US the price will quite literally jump to upwards of $30. and that’s for a 6oz package

it’s okay to experiment and draw things out of your comfort zone. it’s okay to experiment and it’s okay to fail. it’s okay to not like what you create, that’s a part of the process. do what makes u happy or else 🔪
u ever delete tweets cuz ur sick of seeing ur own thoughts? like damn i need a break from myself
also while we’re talking about the USPS, it’s extremely delayed right now so please be patient and don’t take it out on business owners. they don’t deserve a 1 star rating on etsy because of something that’s out of their control. and be nice to usps workers too

it’s okay to not do anything productive today and you don’t have to feel bad about it
