In this video, Putin's cop and two plainclothes men block the apartment building entrance while holding packs of draft notices. They showed up at 7:30am. This tactic is being reported across cities.

#Russia: Head doctor at a military conscription office in Saint Petersburg has been arrested and charged with forging enlistment paperwork for draftees to avoid conscription on medical grounds.
