アニメを作っているスタッフの内、アニメ制作会社の社員は全体の10%にも満たないとのではないかと思います。演出家、アニメーターさんは個人事業主がほとんどですし、背景美術、撮影、編集も専門会社へ外注です。
ほぼ確実に制作会社の社員なのはプロデューサーや制作進行さんだけになります。

It was my personal matter that I transferred to MAPPA, and our team had to leave the previous studio regardless of my transfer. The release of our team wasn't planned in advance and at that point, we had already started production for season2 while keeping almost the same team.

最近色々な事があったので、思い至った事を書き記します。
先輩方と後輩たち、これからクリエイターを目指す方々、自分と一緒に作品作りに取り組んできた仲間に向けてです。これは個人的な考えですが強い確信も持っています。人によっては受け入れられない話かもしれません。

伝えたいのは「クリエイターは自身の評価を最大の動機にするべきではない」という事です。
作る事そのものを楽しみ、人に観て楽しんでもらう事で満たされる人がクリエイターに向いています。乗り越えてきた苦労や実績は誰しも大切ですが、その評価に固執し過ぎると不満を募らせる原因になります。
