アニメを作っているスタッフの内、アニメ制作会社の社員は全体の10%にも満たないとのではないかと思います。演出家、アニメーターさんは個人事業主がほとんどですし、背景美術、撮影、編集も専門会社へ外注です。
ほぼ確実に制作会社の社員なのはプロデューサーや制作進行さんだけになります。

中国や韓国は本当に凄い！広い市場で勝負するのに何が必要かを理解して制作現場を作れているのが素晴らしい。
「高い品質を生み出せる現場」であることを示さないと誰もお金を出してくれない。

画力不足を感じている方の多くは「描けない」のではなく、恐らく「観ていない」場合がほとんどなのだと思います。
「上手い人と下手な人の違い」といった投稿は、技法の参考にはなりますが絵の上手さを決める根本的要因は「観察力」です。
手描きもCGIもイラストもアニメーションも全て同じです。

Season 2 plays a very important role in Vinland Saga. So it is expected that enough number of episodes can be secured to depict emotions of characters carefuly.

As you can see from the recent anime, the direction of design changes drastically with the times. Nowadays it's getting harder to find animators who like detailed and realistic designs. Most animators are freelancers, so detailed design can be a risk for gathering animators.
