Lest we forget that since then, no single television or radio station is permitted to carry our events live! Our struggle is for equal enjoyment of rights. For the dignity of every citizen! And certainly, for a free, vibrant press. #GetYourNational_ID

Was humbled to join other eminent elders and leaders to pray for, and remember a man who left behind a great legacy. I used the occasion to yet again call upon our people to shun and reject injustice and oppression. May Allah grant Mzee Mirundi Jannah and forgive his shortcomings

As is our tradition, we shared scholastic materials with the children and extended support towards school fees. The criminal regime continues to cause pain to so many Ugandans, but I am convinced that they will reap what they have sown in abundance. It's only a matter of time.
