A lot of people have complained about this issue with Seer's tactical – being 'hit' even when outside of the tunnel.
But, this is likely due to a connection/lag issue, with the server not updating fast enough, rather than a bug with the ability 🤷♂️

Respawn are investigating a bug causing players to lose AP (Arenas) if they disconnect in the lobby / return to main menu

It looks like some changes were missing from the patch notes that have been added in Season 15, from the dev stream.
They include a “use our abilities” ping and only support legends can open blue bins (not just Lifeline).
Who knows if other things were missing from the notes 🤨
