There is currently an exploit in Apex Legends allowing the Rampage LMG and Sentinel to be charged up infinitely.
Hopefully a fix coming soon, next update is expected on Wednesday.
Would advise not using the exploits as could result in punishments.

PC Players: EA says an issue with shaders being loaded when opening Apex Legends is being investigated.
In the meantime, you can potentially fix it by disabling and re-enabling shader cache in your NVIDIA graphics card settings.
