As the official translator pointed out in his tweet, the latest OP chapter title is based on a song about an unskilled actor. Actually, at least 10 chapters’ titles in Wano arc are inspired from songs, poems and such. Might be a good idea to compile a list about it below.😋

The designs of Kaido's henchmen remind me of Oda's talk with Takehiko Inoue: What I want to do most is not creating a story but creating weird-looking characters. OP serialization gets longer and longer since I add episodes for those characters. Inoue: That's opposite from me.😂

For clarification about Robin's line in official Viz chapter 1020 that Sanji is the "wings of the Pirate King", the Japanese term 両翼 is used to describe 2 crucial persons. I've never seen the case in my life where 両翼 is used to refer to only one person, so

it's safe to assume that Robin meant Sanii and "another person" are important for Pirate King. And Oda already used the exact same word 両翼 in volume 73 SBS, saying both Zoro and Sanji are two wings for Luffy😊

Editor's blurb in the raw chapter says, "Both wings appear!", which confirms Zoro and Sanji are the wings of Pirate King. It's kinda sad that those blurbs have been omitted in the official Viz chapters.😆

I'm surprised official Viz didn’t translate the line of Ushimaru being 大剣豪 (Dai-Kengou: great swordsman) in the latest chapter. It’s important because only him, Mihawk and Ryuma are called Dai-Kengou in all chapters till now. Zoro's dream is to become the strongest Dai-Kengou.

Zoro was born in Shimotsuki Village. Ryuma and Ushimaru had Shimotsuki name. Then, what does Shimotsuki mean? In Japanese, it means "November" in which Zoro was born, but I believe another important meaning is hiding behind it.😋

You can find a toothpick in Ushimaru's mouth in chapter 1024. This is based on a JP proverb 武士は食わねど高楊枝, meaning Samurais have so much pride that they use a toothpick to pretend as if they've already eaten something and are not hungry at all. 😋

Queen's line to Sanji "You're already dead." might be Oda's homage to Fist of the North Star, one of his favorite mangas considering its protagonist's signature phrase is also "You're already dead". BTW, Queen looks a bit similar to a villain named Heart-sama in FNS. 😋
