Hun Sen trip is an abject failure. He should be embarrassed of himself being made a fool. The ceasefire he says is nothing new. Myanmar military broke its own biggest ceasefire agreement called NCA. If you know nothing about Myanmar politics, just stay out of it @PeacePalaceKH.

The mobile SIM cards in Myanmar used to cost nearly 5000 USD in 2011.
Now with the military back into power, the country is going back to era of dark ages with electricity cuts and rising SIM card prices.
