Unfortunately ppl who live in the fandom culture and believe that physical sales is everything for all artists are completely wrong, that's something that the companies themselves have been doing and it's annoying because then when they see someone having 50 copies laugh at them.

Normalize that all sales don't have to be +100k and that there can be many popular artists (specifically solo artists) that have less than 1k copies and nothing bad happens, they will not stop making music because of that.
