There may be no better way to cold-open a movie than with Shinichi Kurita, Hironori Tanaka, and that OST

Mob Psycho 100 III #01 Through tactfully implemented alterations and additions to the source material, Takahiro Hasui brings us a strong premiere that makes it feel like Mob never stopped airing. Let's break it down! (1/16) #mobpsycho100

Somehow they compared it to: reservoir dogs silent hill 2 mob psycho 100 cyberpunk edgerunners ufotable's fate stay/night attack on titan jujutsu kaisen 0 and an rtx 4090 all in a single article. Incredible. twitter.com/Kotaku/status/…

Tam Lu is credited on Chainsaw Man's OP, and I'm putting this out there as my guess for his work It's reminiscent of Yama's own animation from a certain iconic Naruto OP, but the effects and even compositing are in line with Tam's recent independent work. Amazing stuff either way

Miyo Sato's Mob Psycho 100 III ED is here and it's absolutely beautiful

Mob Psycho 100 III #02 It's the last self-contained adventure before we get into the meat of the season, and a great one at that. With a nice mix of comedy, action, and slice of life, let's break down what makes this one another Certified Mob Classic. (1/16) #mobpsycho

Hitomi Kariya's Chainsaw Man ED, for which she handled nearly every aspect of production, features a remarkably cohesive and well-realized aesthetic with unique, unfiltered takes on the designs of the series' main 3. A fantastic first entry for the list of CSM ending sequences.

Mob Psycho 100 III #03 The stage is set for the conflict around the giant broccoli to begin, but first comes the setup (and more shenanigans.) While not huge in scale, 3x3 features arguably the season's strongest storyboard yet. Let's take a closer look! (1/??) #mobpsycho

It's great to see Riki Matsuura animate fire for the first time since Fire Force S2 ended, and a perfect reminder that he's damn good at it.

Mob Psycho 100 III #04 Naoto Uchida proved his true capabilities as a director and storyboard artist by bringing us Mob III's best episode yet, and one of the best of the year overall. Let's analyze what makes this tense and eerie experience so effective! (1/23) #mobpsycho

Moving back a bit, the scene with Teru nearly being brainwashed is extremely well executed and even steps into horror territory for a moment. Admittedly, I didn't even notice Psycho Helmet standing behind him on my first watch because my brightness was too low. Chilling shot.

This episode didn't have many changes adaptation-wise, but I couldn't help but notice the decision to put Reigen and Mob's conversation in the same location that they reconciled in episode 7 of S2. Given that they came back together in that episode and split up here, it's poetic.

Since it was released when the season started, I've been interested in when Exist (the insert song) would be used, and I was not disappointed. For the first time, Mob is completely alone in solving a problem, and completely alone in the city. What an ending, and what an episode.

At this point, is there anything Vincent Chansard can't animate? This is the work of someone who has yet to encounter their own limits, and we're watching it firsthand

Tatsuya Yoshihara just reminded us why he's Chainsaw Man's action director by blowing the previous 3 episodes out of the water. It has been many months since a new sequence from Keiichiro Watanabe, and It's refreshing to see that his output is just as chaotic as ever.

Mob Psycho 100 III #05 As the action ramps up for the penultimate episode of the ongoing Broccoli conflict, expectations rise with it. While not a major spectacle, Mob 3x5 delivers an effective and enjoyable adaptation of its source material. Time to analyze! (1/22) #mobpsycho

Mob Psycho 100 III #06 Armed with an all-star lineup of the industry's strongest animators, Yuuta Kiso's directorial debut delivers all of the spectacle and emotion one could hope for from a climactic episode of Mob. Let's break it down! (1/31) #mobpsycho

Yutaka Nakamura. His work speaks for itself. This is the first new scene from him in over a year now, and the first time he works on Mob since season 1. With all the insanity we've come to expect, he delivered yet another unmatched feast for the eyes.

Mob Psycho 100 III #07 For the 2nd week in a row, a first-time director and storyboard artist makes a strong debut on Mob III. While it's a transitional and fairly conservative episode, this one still has plenty of notable aspects. Let's take a look! (1/17) #mobpsycho
