OP added the answer: “bc the horses (though they mean ‘words’) won’t come out after seeing jiminie’s face” this is a play-on words bc words and horse are both 말 (mal) in korean! 말이 안나와 = the horses won’t come out (on the racetrack) also = words won’t come out, speechless!
