A man flying in from Jakarta was arrested upon arrival in Ternate for using his wife's negative PCR test and ID. The man managed to evade scrutiny at Jakarta's Halim Perdanakusuma airport by wearing a burqa. He was later subjected to a real PCR test and tested positive.
