The world cannot cower to Putin's terrorist threats. He only understands power. @POTUS needs to send a public/clear message that if Putin uses any nuclear, biological, chemical weapon in Ukraine, the response will be direct, immediate, and catastrophic. THIS prevents nuclear war.
