- Removed the ability to place barter offers on the Flea Market;
- Active barter offers will be available until the offer timer expires;

Balancing changes to #EscapefromTarkov:
- Increased the chance of hooded guys spawning;
- Increased Reshala's spawn chance;
- Increased the minimum time from the start of a raid that's required for player scavs to spawn;

We have decided to resume the practice of sharing the information about large ban waves done with the support of BattleEye anticheat. Throughout the weekend over 4,000 cheaters were banned in Escape from Tarkov.
