@DanWetzel @ronanhand The IOC *knew* that "extreme heat conditions" put athletes in danger. #Tokyo2020 Olympians signed waivers stating that if they experience "serious bodily injury or even death" from "COVID-19...or extreme heat conditions while attending the Games" they can't hold organizers liable
