Q: What's your bedtime routine?
🐱 I don't have much of a bedtime routine. When I'm trying to fall asleep, I turn off all the lights in the room, and flip my phone over. If I really can't sleep, I listen to ASMR, or there're things like apps that read your Books.

🐱 I wake up in the position I fall asleep in. I don't toss and turn. I can't sleep on my left side because of my shoulder, so I usually sleep on my right side or on my stomach.

How long do you take to fall asleep?
🐱 It takes me a while, around one, two, or even up to three hours. Even on days when I'm really tired, I can't fall asleep quickly.

🐱 I have a very big imagination. Once I start imagining, I could go on forever. I think of so many things before falling asleep.

🐱 I try to use up all my energy throughout the day without talking a nap, and try to sleep at night.

🐱 I didn't have a cuddle doll, but I used to have a blanket I loved as a child. It was super soft. We no longer have it at home anymore.

🐱 I wear shorts. I used to like pajamas but it gets hot. I'd start wearing them again in the winter.

🐱 I dream a lot. I think I have about three or four dreams a day. I can remember them when I wake up, but I forget them in a while. I had a dream yesterday, but I don't really remember it.

🐱 I can't handle scents because of my rhinitis. I can't use perfumes either. So I just hope it doesn't smell bad.

🐱 I sleep when I feel sleepy. Lately I've been trying not to take too many naps, but I like taking short naps in the middle of work.

🐱 there're so many... It's because of my lifestyle. When I'm working on a song, I tend to sleep late at night, so I would eat late night snacks pretty often.
