For localization, we decided to go the extra mile and add “Translation Labels”. You’ll see floating labels on top of critical text. This works on the English setting too, effectively allowing you to see larger text where needed.
Just like the subtitles, labels are customizable!

If you’re playing with a mouse, you can enable “One-handed walking” and auto-walk by pressing both the left and right mouse buttons. You can play through most of the game with one hand. We call this “coffee mode” internally. And yes, this is totally lifted from World of Warcraft.

In the audio settings, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe allows you to set the volumes for Narrator, Music and Sound Effects individually. If you’d rather not hear the loud British man, you can mute him entirely.
(He’ll be screaming the entire time, you just won’t hear it.)

Certain sections in the game deal with suicide, trauma, and mental health issues. You can now opt into Content Warnings, which will display ahead of these moments, letting you skip them entirely. The game will still see these endings as completed and you’ll progress as usual.
