a few days ago i saw a really disappointing tweet of someone making fun of someone else's vtuber design. I think the greatest thing about being a vtuber is that you can be anything you want; it doesnt have to make sense, it doesnt have to follow design principles, just have fun

Not a phrase but please speak up during sketch/WIP phases if youre unhappy about something! Please dont be shy, artists will appreciate you for telling them what you want changed during sketching as opposed to when they finish the piece.

advice for any artist thinking or already taking vtuber model comms: learn to rig atleast one model. It doesnt need to be finished- live2d offers example projects you can study. I've seen so many instances of files being passed onto the rigger and it's not rig ready as advertised
