Oda said that in 2018 he introduced the "Lurking Legend" of One Piece, which at this point can only be either Imu or Rocks. Imu makes more sense as the "biggest enemy the Straw Hats will face", but Rocks has a more valid connection towards Whitebeard, so I'm still torn... 🤔

I talked about the whole connection with Imu being Umi, the Mother of Nature and the Sea Devil, three years ago in my Return to the Reverie fan manga if you remember. I wasn't really expecting it back then, but this connection seems increasingly more possible at the moment 🤔
