The purpose of animation is to create things that film camera's can't capture. The illusion of movement thru still images. That's what got me in love with anime and animation back in the 90s.
There was style, expression, love and soul made from imagination.

I wanted to share some in-progress gifs from the #Scream6 animation! Despite the really tight production schedule, I was persistent in making sure it had a strong level of detail for the cel shading.

I wanted to share a comparison between the original boards to rough anim and the revisions and added scenes in the final rough cut!
Somehow we were able to still add to AND complete an already complex animation with nearly 10 seconds of added shots!
