@MikikoAsobi As much as I’d like to say I have control over my anxiety, I don’t. Currently just take meds and those keep them at bay somewhat but when worst comes to worst try to sleep it off. Honestly if your anxiety is getting bad please take action and see a doctor. Better treated faster!
