Hello everyone, this is Cam’s sister. I just wanted to come on here and give you all updates, Cam has been in the hospital for three weeks. Her cancer has progressed and the doctors said that she doesn’t have much time left.

We appreciate all the support and love that you all have given Cam over the pass couple of years. It means a lot to me and I thank you all for making her so happy.

it breaks my heart to write this, but you all deserve to know. cam passed away on Sunday September 19th at 7:20am. after battling with cancer for 4 1/2 years shes finally at peace. i appreciate u all for supporting cam and being here for her.
