One key takeaway was the footnote, where it asks that people introduce it as "Love Live! New Series Project Start!!!", keeping an emphasis on the !!!.

Notably the original series used !, Sunshine used !!, and so this would make this the true third generation of the Love Live! Project.
(It would appear Nijigasaki was a side project that grew into its own project, which is why it follows such a different formula.)
