I've seen a lot of discourse over these simple ingredient gifts, often comparing to Mythical distributions in the past and showing how "bad" things have got. This is a false equivalency;

Remember with Tera Raids; think about what type of Pokémon it was originally as it will likely have those moves too
So often I see people go in with Pokémon which are weak to it normally and they ended up getting OHKO'd

Yes, Pokémon from Legends: Arceus can go into Pokémon Sword & Shield, but only if they're coded into it.
So that means no, Hisuian Forms and the new Pokémon aren't going to be added to Sword & Shield.

Did you know, the items in Tera Raid Battles actually vary depending on if you host a raid or not?
If you host a raid, you will get more Tera Shards but if you join a raid hosted by someone else, you'll get more Pokémon Materials
