इस तारीख को जहां एक तरफ मानवता पर प्रहार के लिए जाना जाता है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ इसी तारीख को स्वामी विवेकानंद ने दुनिया को भारत के मानवीय मूल्यों से परिचित कराया था।
