The Israeli and @usairforce just concluded the 'Desert Falcon' joint exercise in Israel. Our aircrews flew wing-to-wing & trained for various aerial scenarios & strikes.
The exercise further strengthened our cooperation & readiness to face any threat.

Overnight, 2 IDF officers were killed during a security patrol near an IDF base in the Jordan Valley. The officers were misidentified & mistakenly killed by IDF fire.
The families of the officers were notified. We send our heartfelt condolences & will continue to support them.

He is a father of 4, grandfather of 16, and one of our longest-serving reservists.
Yehoshua has now spent 50 years defending the people of Israel.

A terrorist rammed his car toward a number of IDF troops & hit a soldier near the community of Halamish earlier this evening.
The soldier has been evacuated by helicopter to a hospital for treatment.
The terrorist injured himself in the attack and was apprehended at the scene.

Maj. Ossi lost her mother to breast cancer just 2 days after she graduated from Officers Course in 2014.
Now a senior commander in the Course, Maj. Ossi organized an event for soldiers to donate their hair to cancer patients in her mother's memory.
Ossi, you’re an inspiration!

We downed a Hezbollah drone that crossed from Lebanon into Israel today. The drone was monitored by our soldiers throughout the incident.
The IDF will continue to operate against any attempt by terrorists to violate Israeli sovereignty.

Maj. Chen Fogel, helicopter pilot in the 193rd Squadron, age 27.
They are the 2 pilots killed in the helicopter crash near Haifa last night.
