台北作為首都，卻是全台灣住宅老化最嚴重的地方‼都市更新與一座城市的發展息息相關，危老改建則攸關市民的生命安全。面對複雜、難以處理的項目，政府應改變態度主動出擊、積極面對👊👊。我認為目前的更新效率，遠遠趕不上城市老化的速度，台北必須振作，與其他從不停歇的國際城市並駕齊驅☝️ /1

過去常聽長輩說「囡仔人有耳無喙」，但我認為年輕人不僅懂得聆聽，也應該勇於表達訴求🙋♂️🙋♀️。年輕時的我很木訥，那時候的環境也不允許年輕人有太多意見，翻開臺灣史📚，在威權時期關心政治或熱衷社會運動的人，大部分都歷經辛苦波折，才能爭取到發聲權力。 /1

內湖是個好山好水的科技生活圈，卻有著沈積已久的交通問題。我一再強調，領導者有心就能改善、有心就有救。我們以科學為本，用大數據分析，實地進行探勘，聽取民意回饋，找出壅塞的關鍵節點──事實上，只要落實短中長期規劃，內湖交通不會沒救，只要一個願意把事做好的市長，我們可以讓台北變得更好。
