Today I learned: trying to just hit notes can make a sad/dark song sound stupid. Singers have to be able to convey emotion while hitting notes. You have to enunciate words a certain way while keeping in rhythm.
Singers are terrifying creatures. I now sleep.

Oh yeah, I said I'd post my collection additions. Frieren is amazing. I finished all 5 volumes in 2 days and now remember why I don't read manga. It's so good and I have no idea how many years I'll be addicted to this series for.
