There is a very common bug in Apex Legends right now, where players only receive 2 items from a pack, instead of 3.
It is due to an error that states: "Some items in the Apex Pack have not been authored in game yet."
And yes, it is happening to Heirloom packs too 😬

PS4 players: Regarding issues with Apex Legends stats being reset, and players not getting kill badges etc:

Latest update from Respawn regarding server issues, timeouts and connection problems is that they are actively working on it and trying to identify solutions.
The current state of the servers is not good enough, but hopefully some long-term fixes are put in place.
