Vantage's Ult is different to every other Legend as it can (mostly) be used at any time - it doesn't have to be fully charged.
It has a total of 5 shots, at 100% charge. But you could use it at 20% charge and just have a single shot, or 40% charge for 2 shots, etc.

In the past month two of the biggest esports orgs in North America have fully pulled out of Apex Legends esports / ALGS. On top of that, at least 3 Japanese orgs have also quit the esport.
