(1/5) Celebrating Hun Sen's trip as a success (by some foreign ministries) is wrong. He didn't achieve anything substantive or make any progress with regards to @ASEAN's 5-point consensus. The only outcome from the trip was more legitimization of a failing murderous regime.

We welcome diplomacy but we firmly oppose @ASEAN and int’l community playing along SAC’s delaying tactics to get legitimacy.
We have no confidence whatsoever in PM Hun Sen who himself is an authoritarian ruler and human rights violator.
