Couple things could be contributing:
-options can be UNHEDGED if people sell them intraday (small to moderate)
-day/swing traders (small)
-high frequency trading (very likely)
This is far too technical to not be well constructed and thought out

The hard push from $60->$58 downside likely stems from heavy un-hedging by market makers
Essentially, they dump stock they had bought from hedging for calls back into the market.
IF this is what’s happening, if AMC push to $60 in last hour of trading could rehedge for a push
