The Origin of 'SHINee' name
👨: (In English) if you add '-ee' to an adjective, the word becomes an adverb/personality. After we fixed on the last part "-ee", we had to come up with something in the front to make their team name. We tried everything by+

+adding "-ee" behind them. We wondered, we wanted this team to be the most shining existence for their fans. So we thought of 'shine' and added it with "-ee". Thats how "SHINee" was born.

🦌: When I heard about it, "SHINee?? What does this word mean?" We're murmuring between ourselves, "Hey, what does SHINee mean? I dont think it matches us??" we're like that😂
