the perspective was given through harua's narration, and he's the new wolf being welcomed after he found his pack. kei was the first to greet him, possibly making him the alpha. there are no lone wolves and no one is left behind, so this is his (and our) welcoming and beginning.

according to google lens, the flowers on the teaser are dimorphotheca. as someone who's studying languages, the origin of the name was really interesting to me: it's modern latin, from the greek "dimorphos" (‘having two forms’) + theca. it might allude to their werewolf nature.
