LOONA describes it as "rendezvous" when fate brought all 12 of them together, become one, and met orbits. The light stick represents why these things are precious.

HyunJin's flowers looked like Forget Me Not flowers, it symbolizes true love, remembrance during partings or after death, or a connection that lasts through time.

In Haseul's concept photo the flower we see is called Mokryeon, also known as Magnolia Kobus, and it is placed inside a birdcage.
The fruit of the Magnolia Kobus grows in groups of small red seeds and the seeds attract birds. Haseul's representative animal is a bird.

The positions of the doors in the circular dome resembles a clock assuming there are 12 doors. There are two doors opened that corresponds to 1 & 8 (Heejin and Choerry). Kim Lip perhaps entered from the 6th door as it corresponds to her as the 6th member.
