There will be a small, 0-downtime patch coming in the next 8hrs to fix a bug with Phoenix planting the spike in interesting locations. This shouldn't disrupt games but if you disconnect during the patch, you may not be able to reconnect to your game (this is being worked on).

We have a fix in place for the miscalibrated ranks in North America - if you play one game, you should get synced back to what your real rank is.

We're aware of some issues with the ranked system aggressively demoting players and are actively fixing. These demotions won't last long-term, only the displayed rank should be impacted, winning a game will put players back in the correct rank again.
