Improvement takes a lot of time and effort, but the only 'gatekeeping' that happens in art is from your own brain. You just have to pick up a pencil and persist 2008 vs 2022 (no art school except the generous school of other artists' online tutorials ❤)

As an artist it often feels like there has to be a level of 'professional positivity' online. That's hard to keep up when our careers are at risk We're tired & we're frustrated, and it's okay to express that. Even if you don't respect us as artists, at least respect us as humans
