As recorded by Billboard, Jungkook was the most prominent Korean and K-Pop solo act of 2022, charting on several major year-end charts, and thatโ€™s without an official debut. Congratulations Jungkook!!!!!!
I mean, if we are looking at it like that, considering Jungkook IS the most streamed Korean soloist of the year, and the streams are right there, it must mean he really is beyond K-Pop.
As the considerate person I am, I genuinely fear for the health of JKโ€™s antis as we approach his solo debut and he keeps getting record after record even before it. They will actually implode I fear.
.@Spotify @SpotifyCares, we would be very interested to know why was Jungkook removed as a K-Pop soloist from your year end charts Top 10 (when he clearly is one), when the song you removed streams from CHARTED ALL YEAR on your K-Pop charts. You need to explain this nonsense.
No one ever asked for Left and Right to be added to the most streamed K-Pop songs. But taking out Jungkookโ€™s streams when HE IS a K-Pop soloist is extremely wrong @Spotify. Same case for BTSโ€™. The criteria for your decision is absolutely nonsensical.
Really hope you can come forwards to explain how Left and Right charted since itโ€™s release in @Spotify K-Pop Charts (as it should) but suddenly its streams donโ€™t accumulate to Jungkookโ€™s profile. @spotifycharts @SpotifyCares
The fact that @Spotify SUDDENLY decided to discredit Jungkook and BTS after their wrapped was already out is disgraceful and should be talked about by everyone here. This is NOT normal. This shouldnโ€™t just be looked over, its very very odd and unserious.
