Assuming that you don't know this already, in Japanese "transgender" =トランスジェンダー (toransujendah) & "trans" =トランス (toransu).
Nonbinary = ノンバイナリー (nonbainaree).
Not all but many LGBTQ+ terms in Japanese are loanwords from English.
