WHAT, NEW CONTENT! Gen 1 starter quartet by Ken Sugimori, appeared on the promo poster for the 1999 "Pokémon Song Best Collection" CD (featuring only that very Pikachu on the cover). This illust also appeared on the telephone card celebrating 10mil copies sold, link in thread.
