Interestingly, in that interview it's said the SNK characters in Shinkiro's style were done by Capcom artists imitating him
So basically:
-SNK chars in
SNK style= someone at Capcom
Capcom style= Kinu Nishimura
-Capcom chars in
SNK style= Shinkiro
